By using WordCards on iPhone, iPad, and Android, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them before using the app.

WordCards is a language-learning app using flashcards, audio, exercises, and your own vocabulary.

• Results vary based on practice and individual factors
• Educational only — not a substitute for formal education or certified qualifications
• Updates — we may change content, features, and languages offered
• Platforms — iOS (Apple) and Android (Google) per each store's rules

You confirm you are old enough to enter a binding agreement under applicable law, or you have parental consent where required. These Terms follow applicable laws without limiting your mandatory rights. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use to:

• Learn available languages and improve your skills
• Access lessons and materials per your plan
• Track progress and achievements
• Add your own study content within the app

You are responsible for words or phrases you add. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not violate law or third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to host them only to run the service. We may remove violating content.

• Illegal use or violation of applicable law
• Hacking, disrupting, or reverse-engineering the app or servers
• Copying, selling, or distributing our content without written permission
• Bots or automation to abuse the system or subscriptions
• Offensive content or intellectual property infringement
• Impersonation or collecting others' data without consent

All in-app purchases go through official stores only:

• Apple App Store (iPhone / iPad) — In-App Purchase
• Google Play (Android) — Google Play billing
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel before the period ends (per store rules)
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we do not store card data
• Cancel via subscription settings in the store you used
• Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

Refund requests go to the store where you paid: Apple or Google Play. We cannot issue direct cash refunds. See our Refund Policy.

Keep your login details safe and tell us about unauthorized use. Registration information must be accurate. One account per user unless we allow otherwise.

App content is owned by us or licensors. Use of the app does not transfer ownership to you.

We may update the app and these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email where appropriate.

You may stop using the app anytime. We may suspend access for violations or legal reasons, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee perfect translations, pronunciation, or learning outcomes
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Liability cap: our total liability shall not exceed what you paid via subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum required by law — whichever is higher

Apple, Google, analytics, or hosting may be used. Their terms apply. We do not control them.

Payments, refunds, and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process payments or issue refunds. See our Refund Policy.

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement
• If one clause is invalid, the rest remains in effect
• Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver
• English version prevails if translations conflict
