Important
Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not cancel Apple or Google subscriptions. Cancel in your store settings. See our Refund Policy.
How to request deletion
In the app (if available): Settings → Account → Delete account.
By email:
- Send from the email registered in the app
- Subject: WordCards account deletion request
- Include your account email and device type (iOS / Android)

What we delete
- Account information (name, email)
- Learning progress and achievements
- Your custom words and lists
- Voice recordings stored for your account
- App settings linked to your account
What may remain temporarily
- Billing records at Apple or Google
- Encrypted backups (up to 90 days)
- Anonymous aggregated statistics
- Data we must retain by law
Processing time
Within 30 days after we verify your identity.
