Apple handles payment and refunds. We do not store card data or issue cash refunds.
Google (Android)
Google Play handles payment and refunds per Google policies.
Refund — Apple
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select WordCards → Report a Problem
Refund — Google Play
- Open Google Play account
- Go to Orders or Subscriptions → WordCards
- Follow refund options or see Google refund policy

Subscriptions
- Auto-renew unless cancelled before period ends (per store rules)
- Cancel: Apple → Settings → Subscriptions; Google → Play → Subscriptions
- Access continues until end of paid period after cancellation
